The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) is asking for public comments on its Capital Fund 5 Year Action Plan for 2024-2028.
THE CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM
This is an opportunity for members of the community to have their voice heard and provide feedback on the direction of housing development in the region.
The Capital Fund 5 Year Action Plan for 2024-2028 and the revised Capital Fund plans for 2017-2023 can be viewed below.
Comments can be submitted in writing no later than 5 PM (CT), September 16, 2024, via email to dmejia@ebrpha.org or in writing to EBRPHA Attn: Doris Mejía, 4731 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
In addition to submitting written comments, the community is invited to attend a public hearing on September 16, 2024, at 5 PM (CT) at the EBRPHA office located at 4731 North Blvd in Baton Rouge.
The plans outline important goals for the development of affordable housing in the region over the next five years and beyond. By providing input, members of the community have the opportunity to help guide this important process and ensure that the needs and concerns of all residents are taken into consideration.
