HCV Online Rent Increase Request Form

This form should only be used to request a rent increase for an existing Housing Choice Voucher participant for whom you already receive assistance at the specified unit address. Submit a separate request per tenant and unit.

Owner/Landlord must give the tenant a 60-day (two full calendar months) written notice of the proposed rent increase. Such notice must be given on the 1st of a month.

Owner/Landlord must submit the rent increase request via this online form at least 60-days (two full calendar months) in advance of the effective date of the increase. Requests received after the 1st of a month will be considered received as of the 1st of the following month for purposes of fulfilling the 60-day notice requirement
