HCV Online Rent Increase Request Form

This form should only be used to request a rent increase for an existing Housing Choice Voucher participant for whom you already receive assistance at the specified unit address. Submit a separate request per tenant and unit.

Owner/Landlord must give the tenant a 60-day (two full calendar months) written notice of the proposed rent increase. Such notice must be given on the 1st of a month.

Owner/Landlord must submit the rent increase request via this online form at least 60 days (two full calendar months) in advance of the effective date of the increase. Requests received after the 1st of a month will be considered received as of the 1st of the following month for purposes of fulfilling the 60-day notice requirement
